One of the most talked about constructions is the Bristol. The Bristol is the most expensive planned project located at 1112 S. Flagler Drive on the intracostal water way. This high-end condominium is planned to consist of 69 units. Prices ranging from $1,350 per square foot to $2,600 per square foot. Developer Adelson stated that over 20% of the building has already been sold and he is looking to sell out by March of 2016. If this is the case the building will be sold out before the project is completed.
